BELGIAN LINEN TEXTILES

Machine wash warm or cool on a gentle/delicate setting. Machine dry on a low temperature setting. Max temperature for both wash and dry is 100°F (38°C). To prevent wrinkling, it is suggested to not fully dry the linen during laundering. Iron on the reverse side of the fabric with steam to help soften. Do not bleach.

PERFORMANCE VELVET TEXTILES

Wash separately in cool water using a gentle machine cycle. Machine dry using a low temperature or permanent press setting and remove promptly to avoid wrinkles. Do not dry clean. Do not bleach.

Martinique Belgian Linens

We recommend dry cleaning all our Belgian linens. If the product is already upholstered to furniture, you can lightly spot clean, or contact a professional upholstery cleaner.

TEXTILES NOT LISTED ABOVE

If your textile variant is not described above then we recommend using solvents or dry cleaning products to clean.  To prevent overall soiling we suggest frequent vacuuming or light brushing to remove dust and grime.  Cleaning only by a professional furniture cleaning service is recommended.  Spot clean using a mild water-free solvent or dry cleaning product such as petroleum distillate based products, Energine, Carbona, Renuzit, or similar. CAUTION- Use of water-based or detergent-based solvent cleaners may cause excessive shrinking and water stains that cannot be removed with solvent cleaning agents and may become permanent. Pre-test a small hidden area before proceeding. Clean only in a well-ventilated room and avoid any product containing carbon tetrachloride, which is highly toxic.
