Below are some of are common questions about orders

We encourage you to order samples before placing your order since colors and textures vary from screen to screen.  Please visit our samples page and feel free to contact clientservices@ellewatkinsrude.com with any questions!

Each piece is made to order completely from scratch! We strive to provide an accurate time frame, however we are not able to guarantee a specific timeline or delivery date.  Once your order is placed, we will keep you informed of any changes to the lead time.

Ordering from us means we are manufacturing your order completely custom especially for you. After an order is placed, there is a 24-hour business-day grace period for cancellations, after which orders can no longer be canceled.

All of our upholstery pieces are made to order, so we must maintain a no-returns policy.  We are happy to offer fabric samples to help with the decision-making process. Finish samples are available as well.
