Orders, Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Ship dates are considered estimates as we continue to navigate shipping delays. We strive to fulfill our orders in a timely manner but cannot guarantee delivery dates.
DAMAGES AND CLAIMS
All items must be fully inspected at the time of delivery, and notice of damage must be given within 24 hours of delivery. Damage claims must be filed in writing, and inclusive of pictures, sent to clientservices@ellewatkinsrude.com. Please retain all original packaging as the item may need to be shipped back. While we are not responsible for damage during transit, we will work with the carrier to process a claim and issue credit for repair or provide a replacement.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Residential curbside delivery is included! We do not currently ship to PO or APO Boxes. Please inquire about our white glove delivery service.
NON-DOMESTIC AND ISLAND SHIPPING
At this time we are unable to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We also cannot ship to domestic islands. Please address your order to your preferred freight forwarder in these cases.
PAYMENT
All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability, stock status, and lead times are kept up to date but are not guaranteed.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
The original purchaser receives a one year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (including frames, suspension components, and cushions), which does not cover upholstery fabric. Fabrics selected are subject to their unique manufacturer’s warranty policies.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations must be made within 24 business hours once the order has been placed. Since our items are made to order, all sales are final, and we do not provide refunds or exchanges.
